Do You Want to Please Him?

    November 29, 2015

Without faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God!” We must believe that “He is” – He exists, AND that “He is” – causes to be… We take a pause break to ponder, consider, and meditate on “He is” in light of the fact that both say two different things about God that needs to be acknowledged and personified. I exist and I cause to be.

Our approach to the Father is no different from those of times past. We come to Him in prayer, praise, thanksgiving, and worship. However, when we come to Him, don’t come with an imaginary/fantasy, blind-faith, I’m not sure if He exists, if you are God, full of doubt and fear kind of approach. We come knowing that He is God Almighty; knowing that He exists; knowing that He is Sovereign; knowing that He is the only true and living God! We know and understand that God has revealed Himself in the form of three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We come with boldness (Heb 4:16) and we draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith (Heb 10:22). We go to the Father in Jesus name. We are drawn to Jesus by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit communicates to us the things of the Father and the Son – He always has the last word from Heaven.

All of the evidence of God is seen through the eyes of Faith. “Without Faith it’s IMPOSSIBLE to PLEASE Him.” God is the one who causes things to be or exist. Everything that exists does so because of Him. He meant and means everything for good. For those in Jesus, everything meant for evil shall be turned around for glory and honor – Good. The Name Jehovah means Self-existing One. He depends on nothing but everything depends on Him. He is the beginning and end of all things – yet He has no beginning. He always was, always is, and always shall be. Jesus emphasized faith in God during His earthly ministry.

With God all things are possible because He is able to cause all things to be. The word declares in Hebrews that “He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” A rewarder or remunerator is One who will pay you for your efforts or avenge you of your adversary. Our God IS able and He will do it! As we embark upon the Christmas Season, keep in mind HE IS, and HE IS. Understand that our words, as a result of faith (“we believe therefore we speak” II Cor 4:13), have great recompense of reward. God is able to cause your words to come into existence. Without Faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to PLEASE Him who has the power to bring things into existence.

“Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward.” Heb 10:35
