"That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life." (1Jn. 1:1)
God is communicating life to us and for us in His Kingdom. When we pray, or if we pray, “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven”, we are actually praying that things on earth line up with the things in Heaven, according to God’s will. This includes our lives. It would be foolish to think everything else must line up with God, but live our lives exclusively as we choose.
It’s also foolish to think that the way we live, absent of the knowledge of God, is the will of God. No, we must know the will of God which is revealed to us through His Son, Jesus. We measure our life and our effectiveness according to the standards set by Jesus. Jesus communicates truth and life to everyone who believes in Him and receives Him as Savior and Lord.
He communicates the love of God the Father, and the true meaning of life for all mankind. Rather than living under the sway and influence of devils and an unregenerate sinful nature, God calls us to a higher lifestyle consistent with His standard of living. When Jesus said, “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (Jn. 10:10)”, He was speaking (and still is) of the higher life the Father has called us to. It is a life free from sin and moral decay, a life solely dependent upon the Author of life, by the Power of His Spirit.
You are now empowered by direct Son-light to live in perfect harmony with God. Everyday is a new day and your spirit man is renewed for the challenges and obstacles as well as the victories and prosperity. You have a winning, overcoming, enduring spirit that never quits and has its eyes set on eternity with God. Nothing formed against you shall defeat you because you know the One who is in you is Greater than the one in the world. All things work towards your good; it’s working in your favor; you truly are Blessed; and there ain’t nothin’ nobody can do to change it!
